MTN Late Chat promotion winners are scheduled to fly out on February 12 as part of their prize package. The promotion which ran from September to December 2009 climaxed with Pamela Mugerwa – a student at Makerere University – emerging winner of the grand prize, an all expenses paid trip to Dubai with two friends courtesy of MTN and Nokia Uganda.
