Kampala, Uganda: This year’s Kampala Club Chairman’s Cup, which is scheduled to commence this Sunday February 28th has received a cash boost of over UGX 40 million from the tournament sponsors MTN Uganda.
MTN’s Chief Commercial Officer Isaac Nsereko said the company’s commitment towards the annual week-long tournament is due to the excellent working relationship with Kampala Club that has been premised on a strong association over the last 9 years during which MTN has sponsored the event.
“We are pleased to be associated with the annual Kampala Club Chairman’s Cup tournament for the 9th consecutive year,” stated Nsereko. “As a brand it gives us an opportunity to engage with our valued clients in an environment that is conducive and which they are passionate about. We also get feedback as we go about the games.”
