Truck Driver wins 11th MTN Goal of Goals House... ONE more to go!

Release date:5/11/2010

Kampala, Uganda: As the MTN Goal of Goals approaches its penultimate stage, Musa Katende Ssajjakambwe, of Mbuya Zone 2 emerged the winner of the eleventh furnished MTN house and quickly attributed his luck to ‘Allah’ who he says had a great message for him when he narrowly escaped an accident on Mityana road.
After coming close to doom, Ssajjakambwe believes he was spared for better things and this came to pass when he received a call last Sunday confirming his new status as a landlord.  “This is unbelievable. Just the other day I was almost involved in a very bad accident on Mityana road and now I have won a house!” pondered the father of six whose profession is as a truck driver.
Ssajjakambwe becomes the eleventh winner of an MTN House, leaving one house left to be given to another lucky MTN customer. The last winner will be announced this coming Sunday in the final draw live on NTV and UBC TV that will bring the MTN Goal of Goals promotion to a close.
While handing over the house keys to Ssajjakambwe, MTN Brand and Sponsorships Manager, Aggrey Kagonyera commended him for his faith and also thanked all the participants and MTN subscribers for the tremendous support. “We have seen lives transformed for the better in this promotion and it could just be your lucky day to win the last house or the other attractive prizes which will make the 2010 FIFA World Cup an unforgettable experience”
Other prizes on offer include Sony DVD home theater systems, Sony 32” plasma TV’s and LG refrigerators.
Past winners of MTN Goal of Goals houses are: Amon Turyasingura, Goeffrey Matege, Teddy Nabukwasi, Hamza Yusuf, Hamza Swalley Kamara, Joyce Nalukambi, Savier Kasamba, Haruna Kassim, Charles Magabo and last week’s winner Ibrahim Kyamanywa.
