 As part of the ongoing Mobile Money system enhancements, we would like to inform our customers that the service will be off on the following dates and times;

Customers will not be able to access their Mobile Money accounts during the upgrades. However, any balance they have in their accounts will remain secure and become available again once the service is restored.
The Mobile Money system is currently undergoing enhancements that began in November 2011, and phase 1 is scheduled to be completed in mid-December.
The overall upgrade is expected to put the Mobile Money system on a new platform. This will enable the launch of new services and provide a better user experience for our esteemed customers. MTN Mobile Money will resume with better service levels after these upgrades.
