MTN Broadband also offers you access to various value added services, such as web hosting, domain name hosting and registration; while getting free email accounts.
MTN Broadband is offered on both a PayAsYouGo and Pay Monthly billing options with easy to use SMS and online account management facilitation.

Getting started
Sign up by completing an activation form, found at any MTN Service Centre or contact our Sales team on +256 312 121 229
Installation will be undertaken by the MTN Engineers within a period of 7 working days from sign up following a site survey of your premises or residence.

Connection fee (inclusive installation and equipment): UGX 295,000
Then depending on your usage, choose your required billing option with Internet bundle as indicated below:

Recharging
Replenish your account as and when it is depleted with any of the available bundles. Make your payments at any MTN Outlet nationwide, simply provide your account number.
* Each data bundle is VALID for PAYG up to 90 days and Pay Monthly is 30 days.

Note: If you get the
error 651 when you try to connect to the MTN Broadband on Windows 7, please download the following 651.zip file and follow the instructions below to install. Click here to download 651.zip
Follow these steps to install:
- Extract the 651.zip file to your drive C: (A new folder 651 will be created)
- Double click on the mtn.bat file
- Recreate the Broadband dial up connection
- Dial the connection
Please do not run the mtn.bat file on a computer which is not running windows 7
