Manage your MTN Mobile Internet account

Visit the portal at www.mtn.co.ug/selfcare now and manage your internet account. Using this portal you can easily access and use the following services.
  • Activate mobile internet bundles for your number
  • Activate mobile internet bundles for another number. 
  • Check internet bundle balance.
  • Check internet bundle activation history.
OR You can dial *150*1# and access any of the following services.
  • You can buy a bundle.
  • You can buy a bundle for another number
  • You can check your internet bundle balance.
  • You can activate the per kb if your bundle has run out by selecting Use Airtime Account.

Available to MTN PayAsYouGo customers.
 
Note: Without a bundle, you will be charged at the standard per KB rate, for more information see your MTN PayAsYouGo Mobile Plan and MTN Mobile Internet Bundles.
