  • Dial *165*4*7#, select Kweseiflix , then select Buy Kweseiflix Data bundles


5.    What does it mean when it says it is a time bundle?

  • Unlike normal bundles where as a user you track your usage based on volume of data used i.e MBs, with time bundles you don't worry about MBs. You just track time e.g. how much time of the 2 hour bundle have you used up.

6.    When I activate a TV bundle, when does the time start to count down?

  • The timer starts when after buying the bundle you login to the ilfix App. It goes on for as long as you are accessing the iflix app whether just browsing, streaming content or downloading it.

7.    Does the timing only work when I am using kweseiflix or even when I am not?

  • The timing only references the total period of time spent consuming content on the iflix App. E.g if you buy a 2 hour bundle, and watch for 10 minutes and stop, the time counter stops. When you come back later and watch for another 20 minutes and stop, your total time used will be 30 minutes. This goes on until your total usage is equal to 2 hours. Then the bundle expires.

8.    Is there any other validity linked to the TV bundles?

  • Yes. The bundles will expire with 24 Hours. In other words any bundle you buy must be used within if 24 hours. After that it expires automatically whether used OR not used at all.

9.    What happens if I activate another time bundle before the one I have has expired?

  • In such a case you get additional time on your data bundle. The total time is cummulated and the expiry of your data is based on the last bundle activated.  E.g if you activate a 2 hour bundle at 1pm and use 30 minutes of it. Then you activate another 2hour bundle at 4pm, then you will have a total 3 hours and 30 minutes time and expiry of your data will be at 4pm the following day.

10.                      Can I accumulate more than 24 hours of time bundles?

No. The total bundles activated will not exceed a total of 24 Hours. Where the total bundles being activated can accumulate a total of more than 24 hours, the last bundle activation attempt will be declined with the appropriate notification.

11.                      Can I share my TV bundle via Me2U?

  • No, this is not possible.

12.                      Can I activate a TV bundle for someone else?

  • Yes. Dial *165*4*7#, select Kweseiflix and under Buy Kweseiflix Data bundles, choose, "Buy for others"

13.                      How do I know the balance left on my Kweseilflix bundle?

  • Dial *131# or dial *160*2*2#, select Music and Video and then select the Bundle whose balance you'd like to check.

14.                      How do I know that I am using my Kweseiflix bundle and not my normal data bundle?

  • When you activate a kweseilfix TV bundle, whenever you are logged into the iflix app your usage is automatically on the TV bundle.  If you don't have an active TV bundle, your usage is automatically on your normal data bundle. Note that your Kweseiflix TV bundle is ONLY used for Iflix, any other sites you visit will use your normal data bundle.

4.    How does the customer receive the VIP voucher?

  • The voucher will be sent to the number that has activated any of the data bundle by SMS within 24 hours from activating the bundle.

5.    How does the customer redeem/use the VIP voucher?

  • The customer will receive a SMS with the link  which he will be requested to click in order to redeem the voucher.

6.    What is the format of the VIP voucher sent to the customer?

  • The voucher will be received inform of a link. The customer simply clicks on the link and follow prompts in order to redeem the voucher.

 

7.    What is the validity of the VIP voucher?

  • The vouchers will be valid for the period of the promotion. Any vouchers that are not redeemed within this period will be expired.

8.    Will a customer get a voucher every time they activate a data bundle?

  • A MISISDN will get the voucher ONCE on the first time that it activates any of the listed bundles.

9.    Can the voucher be redeemed again by the customer?

No. A voucher is redeemable ONLY once

10.What is the customer journey for redeeming the voucher?

Step 1: MSISDN activates one of the data bundles listed below:

    • 10 GB Monthly data bundle
    • 30 GB Monthly data bundle
    • 170 GB Monthly data bundle

Step2: MSISDN receives SMS confirming bundle purchase.

Y'ello. Thank you for buying xxxx GB of data valid for 30days. Your VIP Kweseiflix access reward will be shared within 24Hours.

Step3: Within 24 Hours, MSISDN receives SMS from MTN with VIP voucher deep link.

Y'ello. Congratulations. Click here to redeem your FREE VIP access voucher reward valid for 30days.

Step 4:

    • IF Existing Kweseiflix Customer
  • Customer will click on the link which will then open the Kweseiflix App already installed on customer device.
  • The reward popup will then appear, prompting the customer to accept the VIP access.
  • Once the customer has accepted, a congratulatory popup will appear allowing the customer to have full access to Kweseiflix.

     
    • IF first time Kwesé iFlix User
  • Customer will click on the link which will direct the customer to respective App Store for their Device (IOS or Google).
  • On Application Store, customer will click on Install to download the application.
