This campaign is organized by MTN under its lifestyle Loyalty brand Prestige in partnership with Turkish Airlines. Additional subsidiary partners under Prestige & MTN might support in strategic execution elements as agreed upon.

The campaign will run from 22nd August 2025 to 22nd August 2026. With Monthly draws done every 20th of the month.

• The campaign is open to all MTN Uganda prepaid customers above 18 years on the MTN Prestige profile.
• Employees of MTN & Turkish Airlines are not eligible to participate.
• Participants must hold a valid passport for a minimum of six months from the date of travel.

• Participants must sign up for MTN Prestige *180#, purchase a Prestige Combo bundle on the My MTN App or USSD *180*2*1# to automatically enter a draw to win the Air Ticket to a destination of choice.
• Only one entry per person/MSISDN will be permitted within a specific month (21st day of the old month- 20th day of the new month) Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
• Entries must be made within the campaign period to be considered valid.

• The grand prize consists of 1 round trip economy air ticket to a destination of choice as per the Turkish airlines travel destinations available on www.turkishairlines.com valid for 1 year.
• The prize includes only the air tickets and does not cover any other expenses, including but not limited to, airport transfers, visa fees, accommodation, travel insurance, meals, or any personal expenses.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
• All travel must be completed within 1 year of receipt. Blackout dates and specific travel restrictions may apply.

• The winner will be selected via a random draw from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be notified via call by MTN Uganda Call Center on 0312120000
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
• The winner may be required to provide a copy of their valid national ID or passport for verification purposes.

• By entering, participants agree to allow Prestige, Turkish Airlines, and their partners to use their personal data for the purpose of administering this campaign.
• The winner agrees to have their name and likeness used in publicity material related to the campaign, including social media posts and press releases, without additional compensation.

• Prestige and Turkish Airlines reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• The decision of the organizers in all matters relating to this campaign is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
• Prestige and Turkish Airlines will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of accepting or using the prize.
