Mr. Francis Kamulegeya

INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr. Francis Kamulegeya is a business leader and social entrepreneur with over 30 years’ professional experience in audit, tax, and advisory services. He spent 27 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, including 12 years as Country Senior Partner for PwC Uganda and 8 years as a member of the PwC Africa Governance Board. He is also a certified director and currently serves as Chairman of I&M Bank Uganda, in addition to holding non-executive directorships with Old Mutual Kenya, Quality Chemicals Limited, the Buganda Land Board, the Lubiri Palace Development Committee, and the Nnabagereka Nagginda Women’s Fund. Beyond corporate leadership, he is an entrepreneur in agriculture, engaged in coffee cultivation, processing and export, and fish farming and the co-founder of the Masaka School for the Deaf and a vocational training institute that empower communities through education, skilling, and employment.
