    1) Fundamentals of how to run a successful construction
    company.

    3) Site project works documentation: documenting the processes and
    procedures, ability for all staff to work with and organize and
    handle all project documents.
    4) Project/Schedule management: Drafting a project execution plan,

    allocation and delegation, etc.

Part 5: DECLARATION

5.1 Trade Control Laws Compliance Statement

Companies submitting a bid to MTN must confirm compliance with Trade Control Laws and applicable law in the country of operation of the MTN Operating Company. Please provide sufficient detail regarding: (i) current or intended use of software, hardware or technology; (ii) use of professional services; (iii) shareholding of the company; and (iv) any relevant current/potential arrangements.

5.2 Certification

I hereby certify as an authorised representative of the Company (with the delegation of authority to act on behalf of the Company) that all of the information contained within our response to MTN is accurate, correct, complete and true to the best of our knowledge. I understand and agree that MTN relies on the information provided, and the Company shall indemnify MTN for any losses related to this Due Diligence Questionnaire. I hereby agree this document may be shared with MTN auditors, directors and other personnel as deemed required by MTN for contract enforcement, regulatory compliance or investigations.

I confirm and accept the above certification on behalf of my company.
