  • MODULE 1: CORPORATE SUPPLY READINESS

  • Topics: IT Infrastructure & Fibre works


  • Topics: Areas of training: Structural engineering &
    project management (Colocation site build, Solar construction,
    power systems deployment), site acquisitions, HSE

    1) Fundamentals of how to run a successful construction
    company.
    2) Bid management: Writing quotations after an RFQ, Project cost
    estimation: BoQ interpretation.
    3) Site project works documentation: documenting the processes and
    procedures, ability for all staff to work with and organize and
    handle all project documents.
    4) Project/Schedule management: Drafting a project execution plan,
    Overseeing the project completion from start to finish, tasks
    allocation and delegation, etc.


  • Topics: Areas of training: Structural engineering &
    project management (Colocation site build, Solar construction,
    power systems deployment), site acquisitions, HSE

    5) Site works supervision & monitoring: ensuring adherence to
    design documents, project plans, budget plans, etc.
    6) Quality Management: Review of project quality & HSE
    requirements, Basic quality tests etc.
    7) Project closure: BoQ reconciliation, admeasurements in
    contracts, payment and invoicing, project sign-off”
