Ms. Fatima Daniels is a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with over 30 years of experience in audit, corporate finance, and governance. She has held senior leadership roles across multiple sectors and serves on several boards, including Rand Refinery and Momentum Metropolitan Holdings.

She brings to the MTN Uganda Board a strong background in financial management, risk oversight, and corporate governance. Her deep understanding of strategy and accountability continues to support MTN’s vision of creating shared value and enabling the benefits of a modern, connected life.
