A leased line is simply a link on which you can transfer your information. MTN provides the link and you put the information on it. Dedicated Internet provides dedicated access to the Internet (World Wide Web) to enable you access online information from across the globe.

The capacity of the leased line is the capacity that you requested for on signing up. For example, a 3Mbps leased line gives you a maximum capacity of 3Mbps, available whenever it is needed.

The limit on the download and upload speeds for your leased line is indicated by the capacity of your leased line. Thus, a 2Mbps leased line gives a 2Mbps speed limit for both uploads and downloads.
