1. What is Arena Games?
Arena Games is an online platform where anyone with a smartphone can register and play exciting and fun games, ranging from battles, quizzes, car racing, soccer, puzzles, casual, and more. All Arena Games users stand a chance of winning exciting prizes by taking part in these challenges.
2. Who can access Arena Games?
Arena Games is exclusively available for MTN Uganda users. It can only be accessed through devices that have a mobile data connection.
3. How do I play games on Arena Games?
To play any games, simply visit https://www.mtnarenagames.com. Follow the prompts shown on the screen to join, play, and have fun with friends and other players online.
4. Do I have to pay to play the games?
All our games are accessible to all MTN Uganda smartphone users at very affordable price points, including UGX 150 daily, UGX 800 weekly, and UGX 1200 monthly. Charges are flexible and done with airtime or mobile money. A user is free to choose the plan and payment method that works for them.
5. I no longer want to play Arena Games, but my airtime/mobile money is still being deducted. How do I deactivate/unsubscribe from the service?
Please click on https://www.mtnarenagames.com, go to the “person icon” at the top right of the Arena Games platform, and scroll down. Click on “Unsubscribe” in the bottom right. This will discontinue your subscription, and you will receive a message.
6. How can I continue playing if I change my phone?
If you change your handset but keep the same SIM card, you’ll still be able to play games on Arena Games without any interruption, even on a different smartphone. Just have your data connection coming from an MTN sim card, log onto https://www.mtnarenagames.com, and follow the prompts once you have changed your phone.

8. Where can I see my score?
Scores can be seen on the portal. You will see your coin balance on the home page under the Arena Games logo. You can also check your score under your profile located under the “person icon” in the top right menu. Additionally, you can check your score on the Leaderboard in the Activity section.
9. How will I be informed if I win a prize?
All winners of all prizes on Arena Games are notified on the platform. Winners are displayed on a leaderboard in the portal. All prizes are remunerated on time, and winners are contacted.
