Look for small hole on Device labelled with reset. Hold down a Sim ejector Pin, wait for the device lights to restart to complete the reset process then reconnect.

Your 5G router is geo-locked, meaning it is restricted to work only at the physical address you provided during the initial coverage and capacity check. It will not function if moved to a different location.

If you’re moving home or office and use MTN WakaNet or Business Internet via a 5G router, you should notify MTN at least two days in advance. You can do this through the MyMTN App, by visiting www.mtn.com/wakanet calling our helpline at 125, or emailing wakanet.ug@mtn.com

In the MyMTN App, go to the WakaNet Icon5G section, select Relocation, and follow the prompts to enter your new location and preferred date. You’ll receive confirmation once your relocation request has been processed.
