The 2026 MTN MoMo School Fees Campaign (“the Campaign”) is a promotional initiative by MTN Mobile Money (U) Limited (“MTN MoMo”) aimed at rewarding parents who pay school fees using MoMo, rewarding eligible schools, and enabling access to a school fees loan.

By participating, customers and schools agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The Campaign shall run from 1st January 2026 to 31st December 2026. Rewards will be awarded on a termly basis (Term 1, Term 2, and Term 3) in accordance with the Campaign mechanics. MTN MoMo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

To qualify:

• Must be an active MTN MoMo customer.
• Must pay school fees using MoMo via *165*80# or the MoMo App.
• Payments must be made to a school registered and accepting MoMo school fees.
• Transactions must be successful and completed during the Campaign period.

MTN MoMo may disqualify any participant who does not meet eligibility criteria or is suspected of fraudulent activity.

To qualify:

• Schools must be fully onboarded and actively accepting school fees payments via MoMo.
• Schools must comply with all applicable laws and MTN MoMo requirements.
• Any school involved in fraudulent or irregular activity will be disqualified.

• Parents stand a chance to win school fees for one academic year (three terms).
• The reward is not cash and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
• The reward is limited to a maximum of UGX 6,000,000 per year. If the applicable school fees are less, only the actual school fees amount will be paid.
• MTN MoMo will pay school fees directly to the winning child’s school based on verified school details.
• The reward applies only to the declared child and school.

MTN MoMo is not responsible for any fees outside the approved school fees structure.

Eligible schools stand a chance to win a school van based on Campaign mechanics.
Vehicle specifications, branding, and handover conditions shall be determined by MTN MoMo.

• Winners are selected using a randomized and regulator-approved process.
• Selection results are final and binding.
• MTN MoMo’s decision shall not be subject to appeal.

• Winners will be contacted via their registered MoMo phone number and official MTN number 0312120000.
• Winners must provide valid identification, school confirmation, and any required documentation.
• Failure to comply within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the reward.

• MTN MoMo will conduct official reward handovers, which may include trade or public handover events for transparency and believability.
• Winners may be required to attend handover events or provide representation.
• MTN MoMo reserves the right to use handover content (photos, videos, testimonials) for promotional purposes, subject to applicable data protection laws.
• In cases where a physical handover is not feasible, MTN MoMo may complete the reward fulfillment through alternative verified means.

• Access to the school fees loan is subject to eligibility, credit assessment, and MoMo usage history.
• Loan approval is not guaranteed and governed by separate loan Terms & Conditions.
• MTN MoMo is not liable for declined loan applications.

Participation is free.
Standard MoMo transaction charges, where applicable, will still apply.

MTN MoMo reserves the right to:

• Disqualify participants involved in fraud, manipulation, or misuse.
• Withdraw or recover rewards issued in error.
• Report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.

MTN MoMo shall not be liable for:

• Incorrect information provided by participants or schools.
• Transaction failures beyond MTN MoMo’s control.
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation.

Participant data will be handled in line with MTN MoMo’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Participation implies consent to Campaign-related communications.
