MTN WakaNet Fiber Promo
1. What is the MTN WakaNet/Business WakaBonus promotion about?
WakaBonus Promo is a limited-time promotion that rewards eligible WakaNet customers with free MTN mobile data when they subscribe, renew, or purchase qualifying WakaNet offers during the promotion period.
2. When is the promotion running?
The promotion will run for 45 days, from 11th June to 25th July 2026.
3. Who is eligible for this promotion?
- All New and existing WakaNet/Business internet customers that will onboard, renew, or purchase qualifying WakaNet/ Business internet offers during the promotion period.
- Customers on Fiber, 5G, and 4G WakaNet/Business Internet services.
4. What are the eligible qualifying WakaNet/ Business internet offers for the promotion?
All WakaNet/Business Internet bundles on Fiber, 5G, and 4G qualify, except open market/out-of-zone bundles for 4G and 5G.
5. What rewards will I receive?
Eligible customers will receive:
- WakaNet/Business internet Fiber– Free 10GB Mobile Data
- WakaNet/Business internet 5G Bundle – Free 10GB Mobile Data
- WakaNet/Business internet 4G Bundle – Free 5GB Mobile Data
6. How do I claim my reward?
- After making a qualifying subscription, renewal, or purchase.
- You will receive an SMS notification confirming your reward.
- Redeem your reward by dialing

- – Business Internet Customers: *177*230#
7. Which number will receive the free data?
The reward will be allocated to the MTN number used to make the qualifying payment.
8. How long is the free data valid?
The bonus data is valid for 30 days from the date of Activation.
9. Can I receive more than one reward?
No. Each WakaNet/Business Internet account is eligible for one reward during the promotion period.
10. I have multiple WakaNet/ Business internet accounts. Can I get rewards for each account?
Yes. Each qualifying account can receive a reward, provided it meets the promotion conditions.
11. Will long-validity and Postpaid customers receive rewards?
Yes. Eligible long-validity Fiber and Postpaid customers will have their rewards automatically provisioned at the start of the campaign.
12. Can I transfer the bonus data to another number?
No. The bonus data is non-transferable and can only be used on the number that made the qualifying payment.
