XtraTime T&Cs – Bundle Loan recovery 2025
1. Introduction and General Terms
1. These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the use of the MTN Safaricom Roaming Promotion Bundle (the “Promotion Bundle”), offered by MTN Uganda (the “Company”) to its customers.
2. By purchasing and using the Promotion Bundle, the customer agrees to be bound by these T&Cs, as well as the standard MTN Uganda Roaming Terms and Conditions, and the general terms and conditions of MTN, which are available on the MTN Uganda website.
3. The Promotion Bundle is offered in the spirit of providing affordable roaming services to MTN customers traveling to Kenya.
2. Eligibility and Promotion Period
1. Eligibility: The Promotion Bundle is available to all eligible MTN Uganda Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers.
2. Exclusive Network Use: The Promotion Bundle is strictly valid only when the eligible customer is physically located in Kenya and actively connected to the Safaricom (KENSA) network. Data usage on any other network will be charged at the applicable standard roaming Out-of-Bundle (OOB) rates.
3. Promotion Period: This special offer is available for a limited time, commencing on November, 2025 and concluding on November 5, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”), unless extended or terminated earlier by MTN Uganda.
3. Bundle Details, Pricing, and Validity
1. The Promotion Bundle is available in the following three tiers:

2. Activation and Expiry: Once purchased, the validity period commences immediately. Unused data will automatically expire upon reaching the end of the validity period.
3. Multiple Purchases: Customers may purchase multiple Promotion Bundles. If a customer purchases a new bundle before the expiry of an existing one, the new bundle will be added to the remaining balance, and the validity period will be reset to the longest duration purchased (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
4. Activation, Purchase, and Payment
1. Purchase Channels: Customers can purchase the Promotion Bundle via the following methods: * USSD: Dialing the dedicated codes: *125*2#, *100#, or *160#. * Digital Channels: The MyMTN App and the MTN Uganda Website.
2. Payment Methods: The Promotion Bundle can be purchased using: Available Airtime balance & Mobile Money (MoMo) balance.
5. Usage and Limitations
1. Out-of-Bundle (OOB) Usage: Once the Promotion Bundle data volume is depleted or the bundle has expired, subsequent data usage will be charged at the standard MTN Roaming OOB rate applicable to the Safaricom network. Customers are advised to monitor their usage to avoid bill shock.
2. Service Limitations: This bundle covers data services only. Voice calls and SMS will be charged at the applicable standard roaming rates.
3. Speed and Quality: While MTN and Safaricom aim to provide high-quality service, MTN does not guarantee uninterrupted service, speeds, or quality, which may be impacted by network availability, local conditions, and congestion on the roaming network.
6. Amendments and Customer Service
1. Right to Amend: MTN Uganda reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or discontinue the Promotion Bundle, these T&Cs, or the Promotion Period at any time and without prior notice.
2. Customer Support: For any questions, clarifications, or support regarding the Promotion Bundle, customers should contact MTN Uganda Customer Service through the standard channels (e.g., dial 100, visit an MTN Service Centre, or check the official website).
