These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the MTN Tourist SIM service
provided by MTN Uganda. By activating the Tourist SIM, you agree to be
bound by these terms

• The Tourist SIM is intended for foreign visitors to Uganda.
• The SIM is valid for the same duration with the Tourist’s VISA from the
  date of activation.
• Usage is restricted to within Uganda’s borders.

• Customers can choose from various Tourist Combo bundles, offering
  different combinations of voice, data, and SMS.
• Bundles can be purchased using MTN Airtime or Mobile Money.
• Bundle information can be found on authorized MTN advertising
  materials and the website.

• For inquiries or support, please contact MTN’s customer service hotline
  at 100.
• MTN reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Tourist SIM service
  at any time.

• The customer is responsible for all charges incurred while using the
  Tourist SIM.
• The customer agrees to use the service for lawful purposes only.
• The customer is responsible for protecting their SIM card and PIN.

MTN Uganda will handle your personal information in accordance with
applicable data protection laws.

• MTN does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service due to
  factors beyond its control.
• Service coverage is subject to network availability.

MTN reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time,
subject to regulatory requirements.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of Uganda.
