With this service, you can: Chat with a doctor in real time, receive first-level medical consultation, Get guidance on symptoms and possible conditions, Be referred to certified healthcare providers when needed, and Access regular health tips and wellness information. 

This service is designed to make healthcare accessible, affordable, and convenient—anytime, anywhere.

Yes. All doctors on the Zuri Health platform are: Fully qualified medical professionals Licensed to practice in Uganda,

SMS Subscription fees are Daily: UGX 500, Weekly: UGX 1,000, and Monthly: UGX 2,000
WhatsApp Subscriptions are Daily: UGX 1,300, Weekly: UGX 1,500, and Monthly: UGX 3,000

Charges are automatically deducted off Airtime

Zuri Health continuously ensures that all medical information remains accurate and relevant. Medical protocols and doctor guidance are updated regularly in line with current healthcare standards and clinical guidelines

Health tips and educational content are refreshed periodically to reflect seasonal health trends (e.g., malaria, flu, maternal health, etc.)

Major content reviews are conducted approximately every 6 months to ensure alignment with the latest medical best practices and public health priorities

This means you are always receiving up-to-date, safe, and contextually relevant health information.

No. Zuri Health SMS service provides first-level consultation only for non-emergency medical cases. If your condition requires physical examination, tests, or urgent care, the doctor will advise you to visit a hospital or appropriate healthcare facility.

  • Chat a Nutritionist: you will be able to chat with our nutritionist expert to advise on a healthy lifestyle for you
  • Order Medication: You will be able to order prescribed medication, if you do not have a prescription, our doctor will provide you with one.
  • Order Feminine Product: You will be able to order feminine products such as menstrual pads, etc 
  • Book Lab Test: You will be able to book a lab test; and have a lab scientist either come to you at the comfort of your home for sample collection.
  • Chronic Care Management: You will be able to enroll for a refill medication for a continuous care 
  • OBGYN Specialist: Our specialist will provide you with reproductive care
