Agree to Proceed
Enter your Business Name (letters, numbers, or both are accepted) Select the Nature of Business -Restaurant/Hotel; Health; Supermarket & Retail; Agriculture; Hardware & Spare Parts; Transport; Other (enter your business type if not listed)
Enter PIN to Accept the MoMo Business Terms and Conditions
Upon successful PIN validation, you will receive a notification confirming successful account creation and a 6–digit merchant code

What is a merchant code? 
A merchant code is a 6-digit unique number assigned to you after signing up for the business wallet. Customers use this code to pay you.
Am I charged when a customer pays me? 
No, you will not be charged. You will receive the full amount paid by the customer.
How does a customer pay me? 
The customer dials *165*3#, enters your merchant code, inputs the amount, and confirms the payment by entering their PIN.
How do I check my wallet balance?

Dial *155#, select Option 6, then Option 1, enter your PIN, and your wallet balance will be displayed.
How do I withdraw money at an agent? 
Dial *155#, select Option 5, enter the agent ID or mobile number, input the amount, enter your PIN, and confirm. The agent will receive a notification, and you will get a confirmation message for the withdrawal.
How do I send money to my bank account? 
(Ensure your phone number is linked to your bank account.)
Dial *155#, select Option 3, choose your account type (Personal or Business), select your bank from the list displayed, enter your account number, confirm the details, input the amount, and enter your PIN to complete the transaction.
How do I opt out of this service? 
Visit the nearest service center, and you will be assisted to opt out of the service.
